Unlike other jurisdiction, in Yukon the Ombudsman also functions as the Information and Privacy Commissioner as well as the Public Interest Disclosure Commissioner. This meant its website visitors would come there with very different concerns. Our solution was initiated at the branding stage, and provided three clearly divided sections, each with its own colour-scheme. Informing the public being one of its main objectives, great care was given to the content organization, and FAQs automatically get inserted on relevant pages.
